Therapy Forever?

You're welcome to do therapy long-term with me, but you might prefer to see our work together as a tune-up. In sessions, we'll put our brains and hearts together to increase what you can hold, what you can face with some understanding and support. You'll gain skills, overcome places you're stuck and figure out what works for you.

You might be surprised you experience progress more quickly than you expect. Together, we'll discuss the benefits of brief therapy and continuing therapy. Sessions are 50 minutes, usually once per week. On average, clients attend 8-12 sessions across all models of therapy. (Source: brief.org.uk)

As you start to feel better, you might decide you'd like to continue work on your own, with monthly coaching in family systems and growing yourself. In treatment, we'll explore practical habits and supports that you can access in your community in order to maintain your progress. We'll work at building you up to find what you need in your community, or to create community around you. Because you are not alone.

My door will be open if you decide you need a refresher, or want to tackle other areas of your life.
